How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders typically ship the same day when placed by 1:00 PM EST. Some products and equipment have longer lead times. Please check the lead times for these items on the product pages.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you along with a link that may be used to follow your order from our door to yours!

Setting up a corporate account
What is a corporate account and who is eligible?
Corporate accounts are credit accounts for business customers that would like to buy in bulk or utilize a sales tax exemption. Any business is eligible to apply as long as you have a sales tax exemption certificate.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office hours are Mon-Fri 8-5 EST. However, you can place an order on our webstore 24 hour a day, 7 days a week. If you email us after hours, a representative will be back in touch the next business day.
If a product is out of stock, how long until it is back in stock?
Most items are replenished in as little as 3-5 days. However, our web store inventory is updated daily so please keep checking back to see when products are back in stock.
Order Inspection Policy
Customers must inspect every order with 48 hours of receipt of the order. If your shipment does not match your order, we must be notified within 72 hours of receipt. Kor-Chem will always remedy the issue immediately and re-ship any incorrect products with priority.
All claims made within 30 days of the purchase date of the order will be re-shipped via ground parcel service. Any claims made after 30 days will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Kor-Chem. We are committed to ensuring customer success and happiness, please let us know if anything does not meet your satisfaction!
What is the return policy?
All web store orders have a 30-day limited return policy. We accept order returns on any un-opened and un-used product. Product returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date of your order and require a Return Goods Authorization. All product returns are subject to a restocking fee.
What are the restocking fees?
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns due to receiving, processing and credit card fees. Approved returns must be received in original, re-sellable condition with no additional markings and/or labeling on the packaging. Any opened or damaged products may be subject to additional restocking charges based on the condition of the return.
What information is needed to get a Return Goods Authorization (RGA)?
Please have the following information available when requesting a RGA:
• Order confirmation number
• Order name and address associated with the order
• Product and quantity to be returned
• Reason for the return
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued once your package has been received and inspected by our staff. Any shipping fees paid will not be refunded. Most refunds are processed within 15 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. You may return any unwanted items and place a new order. Please inspect your order within 72 hours of receipt. If you received any defective or incorrect items, please notify us immediately.
